Contraindications:
You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to gentamicin or other aminoglycoside antibiotics such as neomycin

Your doctor will tell you how often to use this medicine.
Before applying gentamicin, wash the affected area with soap and water and dry thoroughly.
Put the medicine on your skin and rub in gently.
Use this medicine for as long as your doctor tell you. Don't stop using it, even if the infection looks better.
If a dose is missed:
Use the medicine as soon as possible.
Then go back to the usual times that you use your medicine.
Storage:
Store at room temperature; do not freeze.
Special precautions:
Before taking, tell your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to any medications. tell your doctor and pharmacist what prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking. tell your doctor if you have or have ever had heart failure or liver disease. tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding. If you become pregnant while taking, call your doctor
Do not put anything else on the skin where you are using gentamicin unless approved by your doctor.
Warnings:
If your infection does not get better or gets worse while using this medicine, contact your doctor.

Severe skin irritation, redness or swelling that was not there before using this medicine
