Treats hay fever or other allergy symptoms in the nasal passages. Is also used to keep nasal polyps from growing back after they have been surgically removed. Belongs to a class of drugs called corticosteroids.

Contraindications:
You should not use this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to beclomethasone or any cortisone medicine (such as prednisone or hydrocortisone).
Uses:

Your doctor will tell you how much medicine to use and how often.
Blow your nose before using the medicine to clear out the nostrils.
Shake the canister well before each use.
Place the tip inside your nostril and slowly breathe in through your nose. At the same time press down on the canister to release a spray of the medicine.
Remove the tip from your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
You may need to use this medicine for 1 to 2 weeks before you feel better. Do not stop using it without first asking your doctor.
If a dose is missed:
Use the spray as soon as possible.
Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next regular dose.
Do not inhale two doses at the same time.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container and protect from direct light.
Keep all medicine out of the reach of children.
Special precautions:

Side Effects:
Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
Severe coughing or wheezing, trouble breathing
Swelling of the tongue or throat, trouble swallowing
White or red patches inside your mouth or nose that are painful
